At the official opening event for the Cardiance Clinic, well-known specialists from the scientific community and political figures met to discuss the future of minimally invasive cardiac surgery. After the exciting presentations, the guests used the gourmet buffet dinner as an opportunity to meet and talk with Petra Steimen-Rickenbacher, state councillor for the Canton of Schwyz, and Professor Bernhard Meier, director and chief physician of the Department of Cardiology at the University Hospital at Bern.
